Final Reports

A final report is due 12 months from the date of the contract. You will be assigned a “task” of a final report in the Foundant system if you receive a grant. You will also receive an email reminder when the due date of your report is approaching. The final report form includes spaces for you to share:

• A narrative on the outcomes of the project and any valuable statistics.
• Your frank evaluation of the project’s relative success as well as any disappointments you encountered.
• Let us know whether Summerlee funding helped to leverage additional funding support.
• You may upload relevant photographs, samples of publicity.
